We dined early for the super value Bistro Menu and it was superb (2 courses for £20). Good size portions for both courses (we don’t eat dessert). We had previously checked the menu as only 2 options per course but that’s the deal. Only 2 other diners upstairs so no noise issues whatsoever. Absolutely delightful waitress, too.

Good pub grub. Service was slow but ok. Table needed a good clean, felt sticky. Otherwise, good value for money, fairly busy. I would recommend booking if you want to eat.
