A few steps from the Pinacoteca di Brera.Our project is called Pizzacoteca di Brera. The name ironically seeks a relationship with the theme of art, and this is because we believe that food is a fundamental identity component of the culture of our country.We wanted to create an evocative space in the historic Via Brera where the materials used are in constant communication with the craftsmanship of the product offered: our pizza is characterized by a long maturation, DOP, IGP ingredients, Slow Food Presidia and stone-ground selected organic flours.A product that takes time to complete, the time of selection, maturation, preparation.This time is important for us, it is the time needed to make a quality product, it is a time we want to give to you.
