Little Hallingbury Mill Hotel and Bistro is situated on the Essex/Hertfordshire border close to Stansted Airport, Bishop’s Stortford and Sawbridgeworth. We are a small, independent family run hotel who take great pride in delivering friendly service, food and hospitality from the heart. Set alongside a pretty tributary of the River Stort, Little Hallingbury Mill is a grade II historic listed water mill.We use local suppliers and seasonal ingredients to create dishes you will enjoy. We have a separate menu for those following a Gluten Free Diet which includes our House Speciality GF Beer Battered Cod & Triple Cooked Chips - a real treat for those for who love fish and chips!Our guests come back time and time again to experience the food, ambience and intimate atmosphere of the bistro with the warm, hospitable welcome and service.Larger groups very welcome and we can provide set menus.

The Vegan Buddha Supperclub (Underground Dining) is a unique culinary experience brought to you by Quinton & Adele. Serving innovative, modern Vegan courses from around the globe in an informal, sociable setting. What makes us different from the rest is that we cook for up to 8 diners per night, seated in a cosy wood cabin as a couple or around a large communal table. The focus is on delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere. We have monthly themes but describe the dishes as we serve them to you.
