Tips are optional. While I typically tip 20% (or more for fantastic service), I do not like for the gratuity to be part of the bill. Just raise the prices or pay your people. I like for the tip to be my option as far as amount not an imposed 20% automatically. On top of that, they asked for an additional tip on the receipt. Maybe a 50% gratuity would have sufficed: I'm not sure.
