A Truly Unforgettable Dining Experience at Eddie Merlot’s From the moment we walked into Eddie Merlot’s, we knew we were in for something special, but we never could have imagined just how incredible our evening would be. Celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary, we were treated to an experience that was nothing short of exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious, each bite crafted with care and bursting with flavor. But what truly set the evening apart was the outstanding service. Sean was amazing. The kind of server every restaurant dreams of having. He was attentive without being overbearing, incredibly detail-oriented, and had such a warm and genuine personality. His dedication to making our night special did not go unnoticed, and we truly believe the world needs more Seans and Keiths. And then there was Kevin, whose kindness and generosity left us speechless. Not only did he make sure we had a fantastic time, but he also gifted us a gift card to come back and enjoy the experience all over again. That level of thoughtfulness is rare, and it speaks volumes about the culture of hospitality at Eddie Merlot’s. We have dined at fireside before, but had to see how the ambience was for Valentine’s Day. They had live music, the cutest decor, and the staff was absolutely fantastic. Our cocktails were perfect, and my husband loved the bison burger. It is the most intimate, cozy spot to dine. We will definitely be back!

Our waitress Amy was fantastic- attentive with a smile every time. Food was REALLY GOOD, but it just seemed a little over salty with both the apps and main courses. But, it was really good especially considering the prices at Earl’s are very reasonable. In the main dining area, we considered it just a bit too loud from the overhead music. Overall we loved and enjoyed a great Valentine’s Dinner.

We enjoyed the V-day special and always love their pizza and OG Pizzeria salad. Highly recommended

Le Bilboquet is a regular favorite for us. The new renovations have made it a bit cozier and the new private rooms I think a good idea. The food is always very good and dependable. We had the cajun chicken which was excellent. I also had the Dover sole, a special on Thursday's and it was perfectly seasoned and delicious. We also got the normal crab and avocado salad which again was very nice. Very good food, very nice ambiance and service. I highly recommend.
