Enjoy a wonderful dining experience with family or friends at Carelli's. Owner Greg Carelli with help from his father Gene wanted to offer guests authentic Italian cuisine in a contemporary setting that features a large open flame fireplace, mosaic tiles, natural Birch woods, and warm lighting. An appetizer of fresh mozzarella and Beefsteak tomato caprese, lightly breaded calamari or lamb artichoke meatballs will please the palate at Carelli's. Guests can dine on baked jumbo shells stuffed with spinach and ricotta , the classic chicken parmigiana or shrimp scampi. Artisanal pizza, calzones, and paninis. Awsome Gluten-free options are also available. Carelli's was the winner of the Daily Camera Reader's Choice 2002-2020 award for Best Italian Restaurant and ambiance. It also has won awards from the Denver Post and Boulder Weekly magazines. It has an awesome bar scene and an extensive wine list. Carelli's restaurant features daily fresh fish specials.

Located in the St Julien Hotel, Jill’s Restaurant & Bistro offers a thoughtful menu featuring fresh, local and dynamic ingredients. The kitchen, helmed by Executive Chef Rich Byers, sources its ingredients through partnerships with local farms, creameries and ranches, its own on-­site garden and Boulder’s seasonal Farmer’s Market – conveniently located across the street – where the chefs procure the freshest herbs, vegetables and fruits.     Always a great experience, especially the Brussel sprouts, tater tots and salads. Loved our round table accommodate 8 people and those conversations. Fun to then migrate over to the lobby and sit by the fireplace!

    The sushi was delicious, my favorite was the beef tataki, with the dipping sauce, it was a perfect 10! Make sure to order the brussel sprouts. They have a great selection of craft cocktails and my cocktail did not dissapoint, yumm! Loved the jellyfish aquarium and the lively environment. It was a festive vibe but we could easily carry on a conversation. We celebrated a birthday there and they have truffle deserts from a pastry chef made in-house, which were a complementary birthday treat with a candle, a nice touch.

    We enjoyed an early dinner at The Greenbriar Inn, and from beginning to end, everything was delicious, immaculately plated and presented. All throughout, our servers were nothing but cordial, attentive, and thoughtful. What a special and beautiful location - we look forward to having our wedding here later in the year!
