Our server Robert, was attentive, professional and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was one to remember. We felt like we were the only ones dining even the restaurant was extremely busy. We asked Robert whether we could make modifications to some of the food and he and the rest of the team happily accommodated our requests. Thank you Waterlot, Robert and the rest of the Waterlot team for making our experience spectacular! As long as the food hit the mark we did not mind the time spent, it was well worth it. The owner actually was helping out staff and came by to thank us for our patience.
