The problem was even though the fireplace in the main dining room was blazing and the pizza oven was on full, we were cold. Granted it was a cold afternoon with a temperature in the 20's it was uncomfortable. We asked to be seated closer to the fireplace but were advised that they were unavailable even though there were only 2 other tables occupied in the whole dining room.
