Our waiter was professional, helpful and fun. (Even humored me by laughing at my jokes) Not one complaint about anything we ordered. We started with the grilled octopus which is served with grilled beets and goat cheese. It is a wonderful blend of flavors. My husband had blackened grouper and I had the dorado. Both were excellent. Our server Charla was a joy as usual! She checks with you to be sure you are ok but is not overly attentive. You get to enjoy your meal! I highly recommend Fin Bistro.
