Tonight we enjoyed Shrimp Tempura, which was prepared very well. We also enjoyed baby back ribs, with collards, and fries. Ribs were tender and perfectly flavored and the collards were my absolute favorite. The salmon we ordered may have been a little well done for my liking, but the flavor paired with collards and grits were delicious. We finished the evening with tiramisu, creamy and flavorful as well. The dining room was very lively. The hostess was very kind, and kept a smile on her face. She took pictures for my wife and I, even suggested a pose hahaha. The atmosphere was sublime, the attendance by staff, outstanding, and the food enjoyed by all.
