Woodies’ is an award winning, privately owned Free House tucked away in the depths of New Malden. We are a uniquely decorated venue with memorabilia dating back to the last century. A really nice birthday lunch for a friend. Cajun chicken ciabatta, beautiful! Staff were lovely and not too pushy. All in all, love coming here for lunch. Big carpark too!

We had a family lunch on a Saturday. There was no problem getting a table for five. We all enjoyed our food very much including our fussy grandson. There was a bit of a hitch with the service on this occasion as the waiter only ordered three of the adult main courses and one of us had to wait quite a long time. On other occasions service has been fine so I think this was possibly due to an inexperienced waiter. It didn’t spoil the occasion and we would happily go again as the food is good.
