We were greeted by a lovely hostess who took care and attention of my birthday reservation notes. Our server, Kristen, was absolutely fantastic-knowledgeable, had the best vibe, and provided outstanding service throughout the evening. From appetizer to dessert the food was absolutely delicious. My mom picked Double Cut Steakhouse after seeing it on Facebook and she totally nailed it. After dinner, we visited the piano bar next door (Shout out to Mr. E on the keys!), which was the perfect way to end the night. 100% recommend this spot for anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. Although the fries were great, the chicken fingers were barely cooked, looked raw and pink. The server and manager did the right thing by offering a new meal and a free dessert. We were told the cook was also informed. The cost of the meal was also removed from our bill. I appreciate that the right thing was done but any under cooked or uncooked food makes a customer feel upset and question the ability of the cook.
