We shared a beet & goat cheese salad. One person had their perfectly cooked lamb shank the other person had their salmon with a hoisin glaze. rice, green peas and bok choy. Shared a lemon cheese cake. All entrees were perfectly cooked and delicious. They also have an extensive wine list. We hadn't been to the Ancaster Mill for several years but will definitely be returning in the near future.
