A husband and wife team, Marc Taxiera and Brianne Myers combine their talents and love for the restaurant business. Marc in the kitchen and Brianne in the front of house, they have spent decades refining their craft at some of the most iconic restaurants in the city; now bringing their passion to Westchester.     Great flavors in every dish. The shrimp was so tasty, the ravioli was such a unique combination of flavors and the burger with fries were amazing! My burger was a tad cold, but it was still so tasty! Our server Jess was super kind and attentive. Thank you for a good time!

    Main courses were excellent as usual. However, the Sauvignon Blanc arrived at room temperature and had to be returned and we never received our appetizer. This was unusual as I’ve been here many times.

    This is not your typical "pizza parlor"! Their pizza is excellent, but so is their Roast Chicken. pasta with Short Rib rags, Arancini, and most other items on their menu. Owner cares deeply about the quality of his food and service. It is a causal very informal setting. But we spent a lovely couple of hours there last night with another couple. Highly recommend!

    Our family loves valdari!! It is me and my boyfriends go to date night spot at least once a week. And we bring our entire family for dinner pretty frequently too. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The food is fresh and delicious and the drinks are top notch! The ambiance is classy but laid back and family friendly as well. We are Italian and this is authentic delicious Italian food. We recommend this restaurant to everyone and anyone!
