We ordered the fancy cornbread (delicious and the butter was top notch) and the fried oyster special (cooked perfectly) as our appetizers. My husband got the fried chicken (it's a half chicken and MASSIVE) with mac & cheese and the pepper gravy. I ordered the pot roast, which was amazing and had the most delicious carrots I've ever had with it. For dessert we ordered the Valentine's special chocolate Pot de Creme with peanut butter mousse. This was our Valentine celebration Dinner. What a wonderful dinner was!! We had their planned 3 Course meal and it was prepared to perfection. Each course was a delight as the wonderful flavors exploded in our mouths as we ate. The staff was attentive and polite. The assistant manager also visited our table to ask us if we were having a pleasant dining experience. We WILL be returning for another dining experience at the Cabernet Steakhouse.
