Piergiorgio Ceciarelli has been a restaurateur for 30 years. He started in South Florida where he built a reputation for excellent food, warm and fun atmosphere, and genuine heartfelt service. Winning the award for Best Restaurant Owner 2001. Citi Link said…always has a warm smile when he greets you and a grateful thank you when he bids you Ciao& at the end of a meal. Originally from Rome, he has lived in California, Mexico, Florida, and now New Jersey, where he resides with his wife and children.

    We had the absolute pleasure of dining at 618 for Valentine's Day and it truly exceeded my expectations in every way! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the beautiful decor - the ambiance was warm and inviting, with a perfect blend of modern and elegant touches. But what really made my experience stand out was the exceptional service. Our server Nick was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, taking the time to answer all our questions and make recommendations. He was prompt and efficient, refilling drinks and clearing plates with a smile. And then, of course, there was the food. Each dish was expertly prepared and presented. I was blown away by the quality and every bite was a delight. Overall, I would highly recommend 618 to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience.     Great octopus and calamari apps. Bread & olive oil was also delicious. Four of us had surf & turf, skirt steak, Branzino and vodka pizza entrees. Service was superb and the servers were attentive & friendly. Desserts & coffee... amazing!! The staff sang Happy Birthday for our friend. :) BYOB is a plus! We'll be back.

    My wife and I loved the family style dinner. It was absolutely delicious and a great value for the price. Hence it includes all the beer and wine you can drink.
