Bacchus had a wonderful ambience for the holidays! We enjoyed our meal and the service was wonderful. Our only challenge was the $13 bread appetizer. It came in a piping hot cast iron dish, but the bread was ice cold. When we questioned it, someone bought us out some toast points that had been put on a grill; odd and again not hot. The final attempt at replacement did produce some warmish bread, but for $13 dollars and labeled an appetizer, the expectation was definitely not met. Overall, a lovely experience, but pass on the bread.

Nestled outside a charming hotel in Grapevine, this winter-exclusive Wonderland experience transforms what used to be a historic train station into a cozy retreat. The venue is designed to resemble a rustic ski lodge, with carefully curated decor that gives a warm and welcoming ambiance. Heaters strategically placed inside ensure you stay comfortable, no matter how chilly it gets outside. The highlight of the experience is undoubtedly the fondue, served in two delectable options (cheese and chocolate). The meal is accompanied by a bottle of wine, adding a touch of sophistication to the event. The fondue spread is generous, featuring asparagus, bread, chips, and we also asked for strawberries for dipping. Each bite is flavorful and satisfying, making it a delight for the palate. The atmosphere is as enjoyable as the food. The setting encourages relaxation and fun, with the train station backdrop adding a nostalgic charm. It’s easy to lose track of time while savoring the delicious meal and soaking in the festive vibes. Overall, the Wonderland experience in Grapevine is a must-visit during the winter season. Whether you’re there for the food, wine, or just a cozy evening out, it delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended for a unique and memorable outing!

There were 7 of us and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food. It was nice outside so we dined on the patio which was very nice and a bit quieter than inside. Acara was our server and did an outstanding job of taking g care of us. It was my 1st visit but will definitely not be my last!

Today our family celebrated my husband on graduating college! This was our first time eating at Haywire. Upon walking in we noticed the beautiful ambiance. The host was very pleasant. She told us to go up to the main level of the restaurant. Once we made it we were greeted again by more host. These ladies were pleasant as well. We were taken to our table and seated. This restaurant was kid friendly. Our waiter was extremely nice and professional. The food was AMAZING! The portion sizes were big! We tried the onion rings as a starter and they were so good! Our waiter gave our family a special dessert on the house to help celebrate my husband! It was overall an amazing experience and we will definitely come back!

A fantastic experience. My fiancée and I went for our 1 year anniversary and are so happy with our decision. We did the chef’s tasting menu and all of the dishes were excellent. Our server explained the dishes nicely and they came out with a very good pace. After our final course, the chef came out to the table to greet us and even surprised us with a bottle of wine for our anniversary. Overall, this was an incredible evening that very much justified the price. We will certainly be going back at some point once we have some more money saved up, and will be checking out the chef’s ramen place next door in the meantime because the pasta dish was one of the best of the evening. The Japanese wagyu steak and appetizer plate with small tuna, salmon, and tofu dishes were also among our favorites.
