Meaning “balance” in Sanskrit, TULĀ is Amrit Ocean Resort’s signature, wellness-focused restaurant, celebrating traditional South Florida coastal fare with global influences. As the name suggests, the menu delivers a thoughtful balance between protein and produce to provide nutrient-rich and longevity-boosting dishes elevated by sophisticated culinary techniques for an indulgent yet nourishing dining experience. TULĀ’s menus are made up of powerhouse ingredients chosen for their health benefits. The restaurant also caters to a myriad of dietary preferences, including keto, paleo, flexitarian, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, Mediterranean and other specialty diets. From the beginning of this experience, we found the food to be innovative and delicious. Wonton Soup, Spareribs, Pot Stickers were all original takes on well-known flavors. Drinks were refilled quickly. The Beef stir fry, Sushi roils, Ramen bowl , Lo Mein and General Tso's chicken all hit the spot with slight differences. Dessert sampler was outstanding. The one negative other than this being pricey Asian food is that the tip on the bill seems to have been taxed.
