The best restaurant in town! The service is great and the chef’s attention to detail his remark

Everyone is so nice there, our busser was on the top always clearing out our table as we went thru courses. Definitely coming back

I Love the Americana! From the moment you walk through the door you’re in for a marvelous treat. We were greeted by the busy bartender who took the time to welcome us. The lovely hostess came right up and ushered to a great table overlooking the lake. Next we were welcomed by the service staff offering menus and drinks. The staff was right on and very attentive. My partner had a Caesar salad and I had a dinner salad. Wonderful bread and butter was served before the salads arrived. I had the filet mignon cooked medium. It was cooked to perfection! My friend had the scallops and he said they were delicious! We ended the meal with sorbet. Magnificent!

EDO is a gastronomic delight. Our party of six enjoyed the tasting menu which covered a range of taste sensations. Particularly noteworthy were the Arroz a la Cubana - the quail egg on crunchy rice was dreamy; the Wagyu steak was worth the $10 upcharge and the rice pudding desert that I really enjoyed especially since I don’t like rice pudding. The 8 course meal was consumed over two hours and at no time did we feel rushed. The wait staff were attentive and knowledgeable but not intrusive. This restaurant is worth the trip if you are staying on the Strip while in Las Vegas.

We stopped here and were so glad we did. We were greeted by a friendly smile by “Junior” and were surprised at how quaint and cozy the restaurant was. Even at the dinner hour, we didn’t feel rushed. Our server Brenda was impeccable, and explained the dishes we were interested in. My sister ordered the spaghetti with meatballs and I asked for a pasta dish that was light on sauce. Brenda suggested the capellini pomodoro that I didn’t see on the menu. Delicious! The house wine pairing was a vibrant Cabernet that went perfectly with my dish. To top it off, we ordered the gelato to share and it was the best end to our meal. If I was a local, I’d be a regular customer. I will remember Aromi next time I’m in town.
