Chef AZEUCHI trained in the art of Kaiseki Course cuisine in Japan for 16 years. Upon graduatingculinary school, he began studying Kaiseki Course at a hotel. When he turned 27, he became sous-chef at Hotel Nogamiya.While there, he participated in a Tokushima Culinary Contest, where he won first prize. This restaurant has been around for a while and it’s a good one that’s why it sticks around. Everything was good about the restaurant, including the old-fashioned love the ambience noise levels perfect and everybody is super attentive. The food was good - it was a very nice time.

La Straga is a quality dining experience. For this dinner I hosted out-of- town guests. The service and attention from all of the staff was above and beyond. This food was excellent and was paired with perfect wines. Don’t miss this west Vegas gem!

Another wonderful evening at Al Solito Posto. Starting with the Olive Oil dip seasoned at the table. The bread is delicious by itself, but with the dip it’s heaven. We recommended the Chicken Marsala to the friend who was joining us. We all ordered it and we all agreed it was excellent. Apple Crostata was enough for the three of us. For Chocolate lovers we love the Chocolate Hazelnut Semifreddo. Both desserts were delicious! We will be back soon!

Very interesting flavors and dishes. The Chef and his team seem very talented and passionate. I really enjoyed the Culinary journey they took us. Every single bite we took was full of flavors and umami. A mix of cultures and cuisines that worked beautifully for each course and made you crave more. You have a beautiful location, a true jewel for the city. Thank you so much for creating something different from the usual. We were very impressed.
