Fiume opened in 2013 and is located in Compton, Owners Stefano and Carla welcome you to enjoy quality, modern interpretations of classic dishes inspired by their home regions of Sardinia and Basilicata. Bistro at B63 offers guests a unique dining experience. Our training restaurant helps to develop the future stars of the catering and hospitality industries, working alongside Bistro Lead Simon Roberts and Head Chef Joe Parsons and their team to create a range of beautiful and creative dishes.
