The menu also features amazing appetizers, salads, and coastal pastas to complement our wide selection of steaks, chops, seafoods and amazing sharable plates. The locale is modeled after the great grills of New York and The Hamptons offering beautiful views of the Marjorie Reservoir, vaulted ceilings, and a rustic natural elegance. Our philosophy is simple. We wanted to create a place where our guests and co-workers are happy to be. Our food is procured locally as much as possible, and our culinary mantra is to buy good products and treat them with respect. This mantra is also reflected in our service model. We aren’t a stuffy “fine dining” restaurant, and we want all our guests to feel comfortable and spoiled when dining with us.

Step inside and you'll immediately see the welcoming touches of owner-executive chef Johnney Mersieni. And he will probably be the person to greet you as you enter the dining room. Market Place Kitchen and Bar is a traditional American restaurant, operating with a theme of preparing all cuisines with organic and sustainable ingredients. The restaurant has a decent wooden décor, constructed with 300-years old barn wood from Brook Field's farm. Market Place Kitchen and Bar has a full-service banquet with modern business facilities for corporate events and meetings. Alex Lowe, the executive chef, has prepared a healthy menu for guests in Market Place Kitchen and Bar. Surf and turf is the specialty meal here. It is prepared with pork belly meat braised in duck fat for four hours. It is served with apple marmalade, caramelized scallops and house made kale chips. The ‘famous rigatoni Bolognese GF' pasta is prepared with sweet Italian sausage, milk-fed veal, pomodoro tomato cream, fresh ricotta, grana padano parmigiano cheese and fine herbs. The bar serves a variety of European wines and tap beers.

Our menu and theme of the restaurant is inspired by taking classics and adding a modern flare. We renovated a classic American building with contemporary design inside. The menu is taken from classic recipes, sourced locally and given a twist. The items will be familiar yet distinct. You will find presentation to be clean and simple. Our beverage program is an experience in itself. Our historic bar will transport you back in time, and our bartenders will guide you on a journey of crafted cocktails, wines and draft beer. We consider ourselves "fine casual", a warm and welcoming atmosphere paired with fine dining and excellent service.

    What a great restaurant! The decor and finishing touches are beautiful, including the textured water glasses that really elevated the table top The hostess/bar person/wait person was wonderful and very engaging. Our food was delicious and the Xtra crispy fries were perfect. I can't wait to go back.

    Made last minute reservations but we didn’t expect a large crowd after dinner time on a random Wednesday night. We were greeted and seated immediately. We ordered the porterhouse for 2, creamed spinach and mash potatoes. Food was really good and came out nice and hot. Service was great. Drinks were good too. Our waiter sang me happy birthday and gave me a dessert complimentary. I look forward to going again

    We had a great time and the food was once again delicious. Jessica was fantastic and we enjoyed our dinner. We have already talked about coming again to try other food. The cooks there know what they are doing! ❤️❤️ Loved the extra special touch of giving roses out at the end of dinner, that was so kind.

    This was an amazing experience and I'm so thrilled we picked this place. I brought date there for a pre-valentine's dinner and we really couldn't have chosen better. The food was perfect, and the staff in particular were terrific They come to the table and actually make some dishes in front of you in an elaborate display that's fun to watch. I definitely recommend the tiramisu. :-)
