Step inside and you'll immediately see the welcoming touches of owner-executive chef Johnney Mersieni. And he will probably be the person to greet you as you enter the dining room. The Arch is a elegant yet casual upscale restaurant. Everything about the atmosphere is meant to relax guests and make them feel at home. The Arch does this through the jazz that is played softly in the background, as well as the warm table lamps that illuminate each table. The seats closest to the windows overlook The Arch's garden, where the kitchen staff hand picks the herbs needed for various dishes. This is an ideal place for a romantic evening out with someone special.The menu at The Arch is entirely a la carte. There is primarily classic French dishes on the menu, with a few new American classics added in as well. Popular items include the Herb Cured Gravlax, Baked Escargot with herb garlic butter, Honey Roasted Duckling, and Daube of Beef Bourguignonne.
