評判通り、クオリティ高い肉でした。ribeyeをミディアムレアでオーダーして、焼き加減もイメージでアメリカにありがちな焼き過ぎ感がないのは好印象です。味付けも　塩とペッパーとバターでバシッと決まってて、他にソースなど不要なのも潔さを感じます。steakhouse saladを今回初めて試したけど、良く考えられたサラダで、具材とdressingの一体感がありました。ワインリストはiPadになっており、珠玉のアイテムも多く、それなりに高いですが素晴らしい品揃えだと思います。

NY strip を勧められて食べました。ステーキハウスは色々と行っていますが、かなり美味しいお肉でした。スタッフも皆さんとても親切にしてくれました。また行きたいレストランのひとつです。
