The food and service were exceptional. I had the duck breast and my partner had the steak au poivre. Both were cooked perfectly. The cheese and fruit plate was fresh and had very nice cheeses.

She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our evening special. We started with the roasted bone marrow, something we had never tried before. While it wasn’t quite to our taste, Jordan stepped in with the perfect solution, recommending another starter that we thoroughly enjoyed. Her ability to adapt and make thoughtful suggestions truly set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. For the main course, I had the salmon, which was cooked to perfection with a beautifully crispy skin and a delicate, flavorful glaze. My wife opted for the filet mignon, which was tender, juicy, and seared to absolute perfection. Both dishes were beautifully plated and paired with sides that elevated each bite. Dessert was the perfect ending to a remarkable meal. I chose the apple blueberry crumble, a warm and comforting dessert with just the right balance of tart and sweet, topped with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream. My wife went with the cheesecake, which was rich, silky, and paired with a delightful fruit compote that added a burst of freshness. Dining at Ramsay’s Kitchen wasn’t just a meal—it was an experience. Every plate was beautifully presented, the ingredients were of the highest quality, and the service from Jordan elevated the evening to something truly unforgettable. We tried this steakhouse tonight for the first time. It was one of the best steaks I’ve had. All of our food was very good. We go to lots of different steakhouses and this one will be placed toward the top. The owner Bill stopped by our table to ask house everything was and it was very nice. We ended up having a nice conversation with him! We will definitely be back! Thanks for the wonderful dinner.

Great food, great service, and excellent venue. We always have a fantastic time at The Hamilton. It’s a small but very old-fashioned supper club.
