Excellent location, delicious food (the grilled oysters appetizer, octopus and tuna mains were so yummy), warm and informative servers. We had a delightful dinner with a beautiful sunset view. The bar cart that comes to your table is a fun thing. Thank you Puerto Manjar for a lovely night!
