It would have been understandable if the bartender, prior to the meal, or the server, during the meal, was not on their game as they would rather be somewhere else. Both the bartender and our server were outstanding. The Martimi's were perfect! We had appetizer of Calamari; it was perfectly prepared. Our dinners were great. The hit at the table was the Bucatini and shrimp meal. Awesome flavors, temperature, presentation, and serving size. We had a great selection of wine. The manager even sent two options, not on the menu. We really enjoyed the evening. While we did not meet the kitchen staff, kudos to them for a fantastic meal! These employees either put on a Broadway show service for us, or they really were truly enjoying serving us that evening (maybe both!). We were all very impressed.
