Bistro Eté is everything you long for in a restaurant tucked away in a quaint spot in The Mill Center. Transformed by Interior Designer Karen Gorman to reflect an understated chic and comfortable style that transports you to the Coast of France. This unpretentious dining experience celebrates food and wine in a setting for all the senses yet does not compete with the flavors. Chef Arie, inspired by his Cypriot heritage, formal training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and his years working under Two Star Michelin Chef Philippe Da Silva in Provence, presents cuisine reflective of this coastal style. Longtime customers can still indulge in his classic dishes such as escargot, striped bass with champagne truffle sauce and his own dry aged steaks. Of course Chef Arie’s menu will include many mouthwatering vegan and vegetarian dishes driven by altering his favorite recipes for his vegetarian wife.

The intimate restaurant deftly juxtaposes modern orange vinyl chairs with black and white portraits of Bridgehampton’s agrarian history, handblown glassware with delicate seasonal flowers. Featuring one-on-one service, the restaurant cozily seats 50 while offering a more relaxed atmosphere in the warm months on our private patio, which has been reconfigured to capture the beauty and peacefulness of our Inn’s garden. Our thoughtfully playful dinner menus change bi-weekly, with the season, and feature the best available, locally-gathered ingredients. That means 800+ recipes a year - how exciting! Each week: the menu consistently serves a form of duck and fish, an iteration of the fritter - lobster, artichoke, zucchini - and our all-time favorite cheeses found at Loaves & Fishes Food Store on cheese stones.

Centro 336 is a farm to fork Italian restaurant located in Hampton Bays, New York. Serving dinner daily, all of our menu items are made in house using many of the East End’s local, in season produce. Our menu centers around family recipes including fresh homemade pasta, individual pizzas from our wood burning oven and dishes with Mediterranean touches, such as clams oreganata, grilled octopus and zucchini chips. Our bar boasts a craft cocktail menu with drinks infused with basil, mint and rosemary grown at the restaurant. While our extensive wine list compliments our plates and customers’ tastes with wines by the glass which will enable customers to sample wines from all regions, or bottles from our glass wine cellar.     Calissa in the Hamptons is an absolute must-visit! From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was warm, inviting, and full of energy. The service was top-notch—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food? Outstanding! I had the ossobuco special, and it was melt-in-your-mouth perfection—rich, flavorful, and cooked to absolute tenderness. She had the salmon, which was beautifully prepared, fresh, and seasoned to perfection. And let me tell you, the lemon potatoes were to die for—perfectly crisp on the outside, soft and buttery inside, with just the right amount of citrusy zest. The cocktails were well-crafted, the wine list was impressive, and the whole experience felt like a true Mediterranean escape.     Bistro Ete never disappoints. Hosts Chef Arie and Liz set the tone for their friendly and attentive staff. Started off with a Cucumber Cosmo and a delicious 2014 Margaux from Bordeaux. Shared 3 appetizers, Brussel sprouts w/grilled halloumi, Truffle grilled cheese and escargot Everything was delicious and the plates were wiped clean. Entrees were Sea Bass with Truffle sauce and roasted pork loin. Finished off the meal with Chef Arie’s homemade ice cream. Bistro Ete has a loyal following both on and off season so reservations are a must. Our go to restaurant whenever out East!

    What a wonderful evening and way to spend with someone special. The food was delicious, the drinks were a marvel and even the other guests were a pleasure to be in the company of. That said the staff had a cohesive, calm elevated demeanor that set the stage a memorable night. I’ll be bringing my family back for a breakfast so they can experience its charm as well.
