The Melting Pot always delivers in terms of the food (delicious as expected). However, this location is certainly a less elevated experience than others in terms of service. Examples: salads delivered to our already small and crowded table prior to finishing our cheese fondue, with very little room to fit on the tables; multiple fondue forks provided for the main course, but no regular fork. Overall, the servers timing was off and she didn’t seem to be paying any attention to where we were in the meal. Fondue should be an experience, not just a meal to be rushed through.

They have $1 Oyster night on Tuesdays which is a great deal. In the past, we've had some mixed experience with Grazie, but lately, the food and service are quite good. Especially good in the nice weather when you can sit outside. Excellent views.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Service and the Food. Our waitress Sammy is incredible we ask for her every time we dine there. All four meals were incredible the appetizer was amazing.

It was my niece’s 8th birthday, chef Mike came out personally to greet the table and wish her a happy birthday. He made the kids hand made tenders (not on the menu) and sent out an arrangement of desserts at the end of the meal. It was an incredible experience!

Food was good as always. Kayla was an excellent server. Thank you
