This spring, Seven Stars Resort & Spa’s fourth and newest restaurant will redefine the very meaning of “farm to table.” An open-air setting designed to showcase the freshest flavors Turks & Caicos has to offer, The Farm will feature an array of vegetable-centric dishes with ingredients harvested from a state-of-the-art, on-resort hydroponic farm. Created in collaboration between two-time Caribbean Chef of the Year and Executive Chef Edwin Gallardo and renowned celebrity chef Amanda Freitag, The Farm’s creations will flourish with vibrancy—from curated herbs and leafy greens to bold microgreens and more. Brunch is served 6 days a week (closed on Thursdays) until 3PM. Join us for live music on Tuesday evenings (weather permitting) with our Sushi Soiree Tuesday; an extended sushi and dim sum menu priced to share. 6-9PM. When bringing your own wine, our corkage fee is $100 per bottle, maximum 2 bottles per reservation.

Like Point Grace, Grace’s Cottage is an architectural gem, replete with bright white gingerbread trim and fretwork against shades of peach/coral with lime green touches. Grace’s Cottage features picturesque outdoor seating under gazebos, on the terrace and directly under the starlit sky. Just indoors is a magnificent space featuring a mahogany bar, antique yellow walls and dark stained ceiling.

With 180 degree elevated views of the ocean, and beside the Bight Park the this Mediterranean, costal-living, fine dining restaurant is focused on food and celebrating life. It seeks to create a memorable atmosphere through architecture, food, service, music, lighting, and ambiance. The focus is to bring people together at the same table through the celebration of culinary art. Dishes are crafted by Executive Sous Chef Dennis Omega to stimulate the senses with delicate aromas, bold flavors, vibrant colors and textural contrast. Signature dishes include raw fish dishes, swordfish crudo, Duo of Tuna, vegetarian options such as tomato tartare and truffle gnocci, and lush dishes beef tenderloin with potato cube gratins and NY strip steak. The goal is to provide guests with a gastronomic journey - both indulgent and memorable. The restaurant is part of a larger project on the site that boasts elevated 180 degree views of the ocean The Bight by Dream Hotel Group.

    Everything was amazing from the greetings as soon as you walk in, the service so attentive and the food to top it all off. Honestly my favorite restaurant, the locally queen conch & mahi mahi ceviche and the house smoked fish rillete are perfect appetizers, the beef terderloin is my favorite main course ever and the coconut crème brûlée is perfection as always to end it all.     Civil dining encapsulated - a welcome respite from mega resort style happy hour slogs with tourist bumpkins. You know the type... Plenty of epically paved parking if you drive in, tucked behind the building. Walled garden dining area - ambient lighting nicely done, tables lit by Zafferano lamps - IYKYK. Sheltered patio with ceiling fans, garden with standard tables and lounge type seating - during silly season, you're not really cramped with other diners... Party of four - sparkling waters. Two cocktails - Negroni, chocolate martini. Bottle of a Rhône blend. Skipped apps for mains. $56 - Filet De Bœuf - no complaints, the fries were loved. $48 - Poulet - also no complaints. $49 - Bœuf Bourguignon - perfectly created dish, sauce to die for. $49 - Cassoulet De Canard Confit - cannot wait to create this hearty stew with a crisp duck. Fresh white and wheat bread provided - cheddar spread, butter, oil and balsamic, for sauces. Honestly, used the bread to lap up the remaining sauces from the main dishes... You'd be silly not to... The bottle of wine, some $65, cocktails about $20 each FYI... $17 - vanilla custard with marinated mangoes - unique and will not disappoint. $18 - chocolate soufflé, also just fine. Service was attentive and a real pleasure. The property showcases a feline companion named Junior. Beautiful, slender, jet black with a tuft of white fur on the chest. Extremely well behaved. If you're not a cat person, Junior will feel you out - and so will other cat people diners. If you are a cat person, he'll keep you company in the best, least annoying way. But seriously, elevated dining here - legit French. No NASCAR vibe here, or they are closeted for at least two hours ish. They're not deep or flash frying every single thing on the menu either.
