We had the artichoke soup as the starter and my partner had a dessert (I can’t remember now which one but it was lovely). The waitresses were very polite. The reason for the 4 stars is that we another couple sat behind us had ordered similar to us but were served before us. My haddock risotto special was excellent, my daughter in law was very happy with the duck and the two children enjoyed their fish and chips.
