The Melting Pot always delivers in terms of the food (delicious as expected). However, this location is certainly a less elevated experience than others in terms of service. Examples: salads delivered to our already small and crowded table prior to finishing our cheese fondue, with very little room to fit on the tables; multiple fondue forks provided for the main course, but no regular fork. Overall, the servers timing was off and she didn’t seem to be paying any attention to where we were in the meal. Fondue should be an experience, not just a meal to be rushed through.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Service and the Food. Our waitress Sammy is incredible we ask for her every time we dine there. All four meals were incredible the appetizer was amazing.

Went on Saturday night at 6:30. It wasn’t too busy yet. Our server was wonderful as well as the other staff. They are always so happy and helpful. Our drinks and food was hot and delicious also. I find the food and drinks always consistent. The Winthrop location is also great with the same great staff.
