Excellent all round. Delicious food. Service is exemplary and perfectly timed. Nothing is rushed and everything arrives just when you are thinking you are ready for it. Lovely wine selection and seafood fresh and perfectly cooked. Not cheap but for this level of quality and service it’s priced accordingly and warranted. Will definitely return.

My wife and I had the pleasure of celebrating Valentine's Day at The Wine Cellar at Fallon & Byrne, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped into the cozy, candlelit basement, we knew we were in for a memorable evening. The ambiance was intimate yet lively, striking the perfect balance between elegance and warmth. The exposed brick walls, soft lighting, and the extensive selection of wines surrounding us created an atmosphere that felt both refined and inviting. The wine list, as expected, was outstanding—carefully curated with an impressive variety to suit every palate. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, helping us select the perfect bottle to complement our meal. Their recommendations were spot on, and their attention to detail made us feel truly valued. As for the food, it was simply divine. Every dish was crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. From the artisanal cheese board to the perfectly cooked mains, each bite was a delight. What truly set the evening apart, however, was the service. The team was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that our glasses were never empty and that we had everything we needed for a seamless dining experience. If you're looking for a charming spot for a romantic date night or just an exquisite wine and dining experience in Dublin, The Wine Cellar at Fallon & Byrne is an absolute must-visit. We left with full hearts and happy palates, already planning our next visit!

Lovely meal for early birthday treat. Onion soup was amazing as was the steak.

Lovely welcome on arrival & given a choice of tables. Love the gadget they use to measure a glass of wine 😍 Delighted to have 2 nibbles to start as alternative to big starter because we were having the superb aged beef dish for 2 including sides which was huge 😋Great afternoon

The pictures of this place on Instagram doesn’t even do it justice. The food was amazing & the cocktails were so unique and delicious. Now adding this as my favourite restaurant in Dublin - must visit! Also, the staff were so lovely & their service was amazing. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know!
