Excellent and innovative food and drinks. Nice atmosphere, great service. Bit of a hidden gem !!

We arrived exceptionally early. The hostess greated us and took us to our seating area. She told us she would inform the chef we had arrived and it would be a short time for him to be ready to serve us; we had ordered the 7 course prix and wine pairing. Once the service started the meal was totally amazing! The found was delicious and the presentation was so beautiful that it was almost a shame to place a utensil into it. Our waitress was so knowledgeable about the wine paired with each course that I asked is she was studying to be a Sommelier. The music was a series of upbeat remixes that was in the background and added positively to the dining experience. The dining area was exceptionally clean, properly adorned and the lighting changed as the evening progressed. I strongly recommend Villa Hibiscus for a romantic dining experience.

Whenever we are on Anguilla whether staying at Aurora or off resort we make a point to have a few meals at Tokyo Bay. The food is always of the highest quality but it is the personal service that always makes our dining experiences there memorable. Chef Joe and Sherman are gracious hosts that go out of their way to make sure you have a special evening. Every staff member is courteous and engaging, an experience that is becoming more and more rare, we cherish it and we never leave wanting for more. Kudos to the Tokyo Bay team and Aurora Resort, you deserve it. We can’t wait to see the exciting changes Chef Joe has in store to elevate the atmosphere to match the outstanding food! Refreshingly different to other restaurants on Anguilla and making good use of local ingredients in an innovative manner. Gorgeous location and excellent and attentive service.

Absolutely a wonderful experience from the greeting, to the service, atmosphere (decor) and food. Took a chance going here and was so pleasantly surprised. Drinks were reasonably priced and delicious. Jai was our server and she was wonderful. I had Caesar salad which was a little pricey but then it came and it was huge. My eggplant Parmesan appetizer was big enough for dinner. Highly recommend.
