Eddies is by far our favorite go-to restaurant for a date night, special occasion or just somewhere to take family and friends. Never disappoints! Food is always top tier and the drinks are just beautiful and delicious. I will say the best part has to be Mr. Al. He’s such a wonderful waiter. He wad been our server once before and we absolutely love him so it was very heartwarming when he recognized us from months ago. Can’t wait for our next dinning experience with Mr. Al.

Atmosphere is pleasant in the back room or away from the bar area. Our server was friendly and attentive, but not in an overwhelming manner. Our food was delectable. My daughter had the tuna filet, which she highly recommends. Of course, one can’t wrong with the PorkChop steak. The lobster bisque was wonderful, had a nice spice to it, as did the salads my daughter and friend ate.

If you’re a fan of bold, spicy flavors that excite your palate and transport you straight to the heart of Sichuan or Hunan, this restaurant is a must-visit! The **Kung Pao Chicken** was another highlight. Tender chunks of chicken stir-fried with crispy peanuts, dried chilies, and aromatic vegetables delivered layers of flavor in every bite. First time visit to Kirby Prime on Christmas Eve. Of course, it was crowded and hectic yet the service was good considering. The food was perfect. The best french onion soup ever, according to my wife who has tried many. Excellent bread and caesar salad. We both had filets that were nothing short of marvelously prepared and delicious. Our side was augratin potatoes and they, too, were excellent. We will definitely return.
