From the moment you reach the host station to the moment you leave the Wymara grounds you enter a culinary paradise in which every detail has been readied for guests. Albert, or easier, is excellent. Helpful with and knowledgeable about the menu. Polite. Did not refer to the 4 of us as"guys." Handed me a utensil via a napkin not his hand. Staff knows how to approach a table with plates.Drinks were perfectly prepared. The salmon was a very large portion and it's crust was fabulous. The asparagus and Brussel sprouts were superbly prepared. Desserts are unique and delectable. The chef's visit to all tables seemed to be out of concern for his guests and informative about the seafood he exquisitely prepared. The ambience is classy as is the clientele and staff. This is fine dining done right and the best meal we enjoyed on provo this week.

Oh wow. Everything was so delicious! They even brought a little happy anniversary dessert. The sommelier was so knowledgeable and we really enjoyed the wine he recommended. The food was outstanding as was the service.

My server was juluis I don’t know if I spell it right but omg everything was Soo great and the tuna tatar I would definitely come back again . Thank you once again

What a wonderful experience dinner was amazing as well as the service after experiencing bad service and food on the island we finally were able to have a wonderful meal. Totally worth it

We had the fish and chips and fish tacos. The fish was very good in both meals. The fries were okay. Fish Taco was very good and the salad which came with it was also good. A bit noisy but the NFL football game was in so was a bonus. Will return.
