Whistler Village North​の季節の料理が楽しめるレストラン

Charlotte was our server and she was AMAZING!!! Such a lovely girl and so knowledgeable and helpful with ordering. And the food… wow!!! The presentation, taste and quality were just perfection! We were here for a week, and it was bar none, the best meal we had. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

Good ambiance, Good food and Great service so far.

Greeted promptly, politely and seated by the window, perfect the manager kept checking in politely to confirm everything was great.. Emma our server was the best server we had on this trip. Derek at Quattro was the runner up. Back to Emma and The Wildflower Restaurant at The Fairmont Chateau. Pleasant, relaxed, special restaurant. Great food, we had the chowder, beet salad, split the Main Special, "Chilean Sea Bass" and had one desert, Peanut Butter and some incredible ingredients (you need to go try it and read the menu yourself.) We will be back and we'll hope to see Emma again.

Great place for top quality seafood and nice suggested wine pairings. Our server, Miles, was attentive, knowledgeable, and personable. We had an early seating, so there were many families with children dining at that time. If you care about that, you may want to book a later time to dine.
