My husband had the pork chop and said it was the best one he's ever had. I had their barrmundi and it was the best I ever had. The view was spectacular! Then moved over to The Elements for an outstanding dinner! We sat outside and looked out over the beautiful lights and mountains. The food was wonderful!! Diver Scallops were our favorite but crab cakes, fillet and Salmon were equally delicious!! Just an outstanding experience all the way around!! I made these reservations whilst in Family Vacation and went with high expectation’s. It showed that my memory was accurate. The food was outstanding, the service was attentive without being distracting and the ambiance, outside in the patio, was sublime. It was my guests’ first experience and I set it up as a great time. They told me afterward that they had a hard time believing that it was as excellent as I touted. Some of us had hard hard time reading the menus with low lights but was managed somehow.
