Never wanted for anything and he made sure we had drinks without asking and checked in frequently. We had the pickled beet risotto and it was spectacular! Glad we went with the recommendation. Sure seems to me it would be better if the restaurant paid sufficiently and handled it with the prices on the menu. At $200+ for two for dinner including wine dealing with this misc. added to my bill it doesn’t feel good. For me personally I found the staff great and professional and the last thing I would is stiff these folk with a low gratuity.
