Vault will be closed Friday January 10th due to inclement weather. For VALENTINES DAY, Vault will offer a special prix fix menu. The regular menu will not be available. Menu is posted on the Menu tab. Vault will be closed Wednesday January 29th for a private event. We will be open Easter and Mother's Day. Please note that parties of 6 or more may have a gratuity of 21% added. No outside food or beverage please, INCLUDING CAKES.Vault restaurant is on the main floor of the original Bank Building, built in 1909 in Historic Downtown Hot Springs, AR. We have preserved the original bank vault that allows for private dining for groups up to 4.     This was probably one of the best meals start to finish I’ve ever had. Our service was spot on, ask for Scott if you are there on the weekend. On of the best restaurant experiences ever. I would highly recommend.

    We had an excellent experience at J & S Italian Villa! Food was delicious, drinks were great, eggplant appetizer was beyond delicious! Upon ordering, we asked our waiter, Joe, for explanations of a few items and he was spot on with his descriptions! We will go back again and again if this is the standard of this restaurant! Pistachio encrusted salmon with veggies was more than ample size and tasted great. The seafood pasta, a bit spicy was also ample and tasty! All and all, we were so pleased by our overall experience!

    We had a great dinner here on our recent visit to Hot Springs. The Oysters were amazing! My husband and kiddo enjoyed a fabulous steak with Boursin and I had one of the best kingfish dishes! You will not be disappointed! My kiddo refused to share the bread and butter…. It was that good! Our waitress Thania was attentive and genuine and provided great service! Don’t miss this spot if you want a great dinner! We did walk upstairs through the Bourbon bar and it was a much different vibe that downstairs… for the price point, I felt downstairs was more fitting for dinner unless you go for just a cocktail! Enjoy!

    We dined here on January 2, 2025 party of five with two elderly parents. We had a wonderful experience. The service was wonderful. The food was excellent. We tried several different beers from their tap. Great variety & people ordered at the table, the meat and cheese plate that does come with the pretzel which was awesome and then a couple people got the Brotz. Another person got like the variety plate and then there’s someone had the salad because they had an extreme allergy, which they totally accommodated. another person got the pork shank. Overall the food was amazing but the big winner was the apple strudel.
