Established in 2010 by Tim Reinke and John Sharp, the Birdsall House quickly became a destination for craft beer and locally sourced cuisine (some from our own garden!) in the Hudson Valley. Chef Sturgess Spanos, a French-trained veteran, showcases his talent and flair for innovation, which compliment the gastropub's beer-centric beverage program. The Birdsall House Beer Garden opened in 2011 offering patio dining and picnic tables for groups to congregate and socialize over a pint. We look forward to your visit.

Opened in December of 2018, 105-Twenty Bar & Grill is located in the heart of the village of Croton-On-Hudson, NY. Featuring an array of starters, salads, flatbreads, burgers, sandwiches, entrees and much more. We also feature a separate bar area away from the dining room with a horseshoe shaped 12 seat bar. 12 rotating seasonal draughts, numerous wines by the glass, specialty cocktails and a full bar. 3 Large Screen TV's in the bar area to watch all the live sporting events of the day.     Ordered the margarita flight which sample 4 different flavored margaritas. They were all good. Ordered the surf and turf, carne asade tacos, ceviche app and steak and shrimp encebollado entre. All were great. We had a snafu with the encebollado meal and after some very polite discussion with waitress and restaurant manager, the issue was quickly addressed without any concerns. They were quick to assure a please dining experience. This is where some restaurants have missed the mark recently. But Boneyard did not fail in customer service. They even made a slight adjustment to the final bill to make up for the issue. They were excellent from our experience. This is our fourth time at Boneyard and they’ve never failed in providing a very pleasant dining experience. This is how you run a restaurant. Good food, great atmosphere and a well trained staff to help make for a pleasant dining experience. Nice job Boneyard!!!
