Centro 336 is a farm to fork Italian restaurant located in Hampton Bays, New York. Serving dinner daily, all of our menu items are made in house using many of the East End’s local, in season produce. Our menu centers around family recipes including fresh homemade pasta, individual pizzas from our wood burning oven and dishes with Mediterranean touches, such as clams oreganata, grilled octopus and zucchini chips. Our bar boasts a craft cocktail menu with drinks infused with basil, mint and rosemary grown at the restaurant. While our extensive wine list compliments our plates and customers’ tastes with wines by the glass which will enable customers to sample wines from all regions, or bottles from our glass wine cellar.     Welcoming and attentive service made this business luncheon comfortable and productive, but the food was a little disappointing. The half soup / half sandwich offering is a good value, nicely presented, and creatively prepared. The soup should have been hotter, and the chicken sandwich had chunks of sour rhubarb and a drippy sauce that made it too messy to eat without a fork. Super friendly service and a great vibe will make me want to try again and order something different.

    Had a wonderful dinner for my husband's birthday last night. We loved everything and definitely come back . The food was incredible.The service with our waitress was excellent. She was absolutely fantastic. The chef Luis was as always very attentive and so friendly and made sure we got exactly what we want .Everything was amazing !
