Springfield​のサンデーランチにおすすめのベストレストラン

We saw Cedar Knoll on a list of 100 U.S. “Hidden Gem” restaurants and decided to reserve a table for our anniversary dinner. It was an excellent choice: a cozy booth by a picture window looking out on sunset over the Potomac River, friendly and professional service, and an upscale—but not over the top—menu. We especially enjoyed the grilled octopus appetizer, and the venison and rockfish entrees—all expertly prepared and presented.

Lovely birthday brunch for a friend at this low key spot in Shirlington. The pasta was delicious and we were treated to a lovely glass of wine. My friend enjoyed her cheesecake but my Circus Maximus dessert was just a little too much for me. Ice cream, brownie and meringue piled high was more than I could handle. The ambience was great as it wasn’t too crowded so we could speak at a moderate level. I’ll return to try more of the menu.

The food was excellent. Ambiance was great. If you would like a more intimate setting, please ask to be seated in the upstairs dinning area. Overall great dinning experience!
