Das Brisgavi ist von Montag bis Samstag von 15.00 bis 23.00 Uhr für Sie geöffnet. Am Nachmittag bieten wir eine Kuchenauswahl an, dazu vielleicht einen Cappuccino, oder ein Glas Wein als Apero. Ab 17.00 Uhr startet unsere Küche mit einer fast täglich wechselnde Speisekarte mit regionalen und internationalen Einflüssen. Wir können zu Recht sagen, bei uns ist es "hausgemacht".
