Blue Sushi is the best sushi in Indiana! The service and level of care that the employees take with customers makes you feel good about the dining experience. Great staff, the best sushi in town, and a beautiful ambience in which to dine. Cheers!!

We were there as part of the soft opening and it was truly amazing. From the time we were greeted and seated to our server Dash, and all the food, everything was great. We started off with drinks and for appetizers we had the BBQ Pork Belly Nachos, Wagyu Pigs in a Blanket and Rainbow Roll sushi. All three were awesome, especially the nachos which I can't wait to go back and have again! Our entrees were Mongolian Short Ribs, Steak Frites and Chicken Cacio E Pepe and again, can't say enough about how good everything was. We completed our dinner with dessert consisting of the Monkey Bread and Caramelized Banana Bar. All said, an amazing evening, great staff and management and look forward to returning again soon!!

I did not even know this place was there so was excited to check it out. Our server was awesome, 5 stars. Food was delicious. Candied bacon was amazing, steak sandwich for the win. Nice atmosphere. Had a great time.
