Got several appetizers and 2 entries but had to take entries home. Large portions. Great cocktails and wine. Try the Malbec by the glass. The best.\n\nOur server was Jane and she was so friendly we felt right at home.\n\nWe started with 2 Olive Oil Dirty Martinis. They were perfect and pretty. We then had a cup of Gumbo followed by a Vleis Pastel which is one of the chefs specialties. We never had anything so unique. So good\n\nThen we had Charred Octopus with garlic Naan and A nice Chakalaka sauce. We then had Sea Point Promenade which is two crab/lobster cakes with crispy onions. Fantastic.\n\nWe had a glass of Malbec and a glass of Tempranillo wine. Nice, especially the Malbec.\n\nWe ordered too much food! Had to take home the Chicken Pendurada and Riblets and Lobster Mac-n-Cheese. Paul Friedman is a Master Chef with over 40 years of experience in the restaurant industry,having owned and operated over 50 successful restaurant concepts in South Africa, Germany, and the U.S. Paul began his career as a manager and worked his way up to franchise owner, then Director of Operations.He opened Paul's Pizza Shops - a nationally recognized pizza concept in Northwest Houston, Texas in 1994. Paul later developed a new concept, becoming the Executive Chef, CEO and partner at Peli Peli - a nationally recognized South African Fusion Restaurant which opened in 2009 in Houston, Texas. Having retired from Pelipeli in 2018 he has returned to his original location at Vintage Park with his latest concept The Chefs Table.Chef Friedman says this is by far my best creation yet and I hope to leave a legacy here for my children and grandchildren to be proud of.
The plains of Southern Brazil are filled with grazing cattle enjoying the vast pastures. These cattle are the source for the famous and centuries old Brazilian “Churrasco” barbecues. It was at these gatherings where Brazilian cowboys or “gauchos” would prepare large pieces of meat and slowly cook them over open flame pits. Our traditional gaucho chefs still follow these traditions to preserve the flavors of each cut of meat. We feature unlimited tableside service of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. We also feature a gourmet salad bar, and various traditional side dishes to complement the meats. You can control your service with a small green and red-sided card. The green side tells the gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling meats to the table while the red signals a stopping point. To re-start service, simply display the green side again.

1st time here but won't be the last. Got several appetizers and 2 entries but had to take entries home. Large portions. Great cocktails and wine. Try the Malbec by the glass. The best.
Our server was Jane and she was so friendly we felt right at home.
We started with 2 Olive Oil Dirty Martinis. They were perfect and pretty. We then had a cup of Gumbo followed by a Vleis Pastel which is one of the chefs specialties. We never had anything so unique. So good
Then we had Charred Octopus with garlic Naan and A nice Chakalaka sauce. We then had Sea Point Promenade which is two crab/lobster cakes with crispy onions. Fantastic.
We had a glass of Malbec and a glass of Tempranillo wine. Nice, especially the Malbec.
We ordered too much food! Had to take home the Chicken Pendurada and Riblets and Lobster Mac-n-Cheese. Dinner tonight!
