Nothing warms your body and soul like a soothing cup of tea when the cold weather washes over Cape Cod. There’s never been a convenient place for cozy gatherings like this in our area before, but now there is! We’re thrilled to re-open the Captain Farris House Tea Room for the Fall/Winter 2023/2024 season and invite you, your friends, family, or someone special to join us. It’s the perfect place to unwind. Join us for a truly enchanting experience! The Tea Room is open Thursdays to Sundays from November 10th through May 12th, 2024. Seating is available at 11am - 1pm and from 2pm - 4pm. Reservations are required. Gluten-free/vegetarian options are available for an additional charge. Please inform us of any food allergies when you make your reservations.

We are a Caribbean restaurant located downtown Hyannis at 662 Main St. We are open to the public Sunday-Thursday 4PM-9PM, Fridays and Saturdays 11AM-9PM. We have dine in, take out, delivery, and online services. Our extensive menu has Caribbean and American favorites. On Thursdays through Sundays we have entertainment for the entire family. Our outdoor patio overlooks Main St with firepits, and outdoor bar. Our chef is the owner, Allanah Bodah who is a native from Jamaica. Great experience! We sat at the bar because the it was a little loud, for us, in the dining area. ( We were upstairs on the Rooftop). The service was amazing thanks to Julia and the food was very good. The menu selection was perfect for what we were looking for - light, healthy fare. This was not our first visit to The Pelham House and it won't be our last. Don't miss it!

Perfect spot for Thanksgiving dinner. The food and service was excellent. One of the nicest things was that they did not rush us through this meal. We had four courses over 3 1/2 hours and nobody ever hurried us. The noise level here has improved since the last time I was here — thanks to some noise absorbing tiles on the ceiling.

Afternoon tea was an awesome experience. I have been to many afternoon teas and the food here was better than most. There was a vegetarian in the group and our host created tea sandwiches for her. Everything was delicious and nothing was left on the three tier dish. Great choice of teas and the hostess added more hot water to the pot which is often ignored. Will definitely return!
