The 3rd year inna row Celanrating Christmas Eve It gets better every year Can’t wait til my next visit

Everything about the evening was perfect. The half smoked chicken was tender and flavorful with delicious smokiness. The Bronzino was perfectly cooked. The brussels sprouts with pad Thai flavoring was rich and a treat. The smoked trout appetizer was wonderful, and the carrot cake at the end of our meal was spot on perfect. Merry Christmas. One of the best parts of the meal was the Prom Night mocktail. Wow!

It’s always so nice to eat at the Culinary. We feel like eating at 1st class restaurant. All the students staff are very professional & of course the food & dessert are so unbelievably delicious .Good luck to the graduating class! Continues to be the best restaurant in Ridgefield! Even when they are busy, service and food are top-notch. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, fabulous food!

We had a wonderful dinner at Caterina de Medici! The pizza was great - very thin crust and great sauce. My wife's salad was excellent also. The zuppa di pesce was a delight; the fish were all very fresh and tasty and the soup was the perfect compliment. The scallops were outstanding also - just like eating on Cape Cod. Dessert was the tiramisu which was a nice light ending to the meal. The bread and wine were great also; we'll be back for another special dinner soon!
