RESERVATIONS:Heirloom is open for dinner Tuesday - Saturday starting at 5pm; closed Sunday & Monday.We accept dining reservations 30 days out, simply meaning today's date plus 30 days.CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel or no show within 12 hours of your reservation, your credit card will be charged $25/per person. All proceeds go towards the Heirloom kitchen squad’s continued culinary education, research & development.We do not offer child seating (high chairs/booster seats) of any kind, nor a children’s menu, and we are unable to accommodate strollers in the dining room.PATIO:Our patio is located outside, in full sun, with umbrellas provided. Please take note if you are uncomfortable with sun exposure and outdoor elements. Patio tables are entirely weather dependent, and therefore released the day of. However, if the weather is looking magical for a few days at a time, tables will be released for booking.

The Queen Anne Victorian at 210 Savannah Road in Lewes, DE has stood tall for over 100 years. Built in 1899, Captain W. “Diver” Johnston at the age of 52 collaborated with his business partner (William H. Virden) to build a beautiful new house for him and his wife, Isabella. Records indicate that he paid $400 for the entire lot, one of the most prominent sites in downtown Lewes.Over the next 100 years, the Victorian structure built in the style of Eastlake, an English architect, served as a home for many families, including longtime Lewes Mayor, Otis Smith.The team at Raas is proud to continue the story of the Queen Anne Victorian. Each chapter of the building’s history has added to its charm and we at Raas are excited for its next chapter.CELEBRATION OF FOOD & CULTUREOur team’s interpretation of the word "Raas" is a celebration of food and culture while showcasing the medicinal value of Indian cuisine.

What started as a food truck concept in 2019 then became a beachside bistro in 2021. The Federal, located just a short block from the famed Rehoboth Beach boardwalk has become a full-service, beach casual, fine-dining bistro. The demure restaurant now hosts the two concepts in one space - you can enjoy fritters before dinner, for a happy hour snack, or go for a boardwalk stroll. Federal Fritter menu features a variety of crisp, poppable & snackable fritters, while The Federal menu expands on a way of eating that best defines Todd & Ellen's culinary style, the menu reads like a postcard from the Mid-Atlantic.      This was my and my husband‘s first time eating in an Indian restaurant. My daughter and her fiancé, who have eaten Indian food, came with us to help us with selecting our order. The weight staff was excellent. The food was very delicious as were the drinks. I highly recommend this as a special occasion restaurant to try.

    Always a five star dining experience at Heirloom!! Our favorite restaurant in Lewes for special occasions when family is in town. One of our own is an Executive Chef, and the other two who live in NYC are “foodies” and they always really enjoy our dinners at Heirloom!

    If you have eaten at DC's Equinox, where Todd Gray is the Chef, you will know the quality of food served here at The Federal. The monthly 7 course, pre-fix pairing is "amazing" and the Wednesday night 4 course with the pairing is optional. Plus you can get their amazing fritters any day as well. The atmosphere is fun and very "european" in style in that you can should you want, chat with your table neighbors or sit in the bar area for dinner. Ellen does a great job of making you feel welcome and also that you are a happy customer. You can tell she loves her restaurant, food and history. Don't miss this!
