She then opened a successful catering company that's still going strong. She joined forces with her husband Justin a successful NYC restauranteur to create Brasserie. Signature dishes are "Parisian" specialties such as Steak au Poivre, coq au vin and seafood towers. Excellent food, service and atmosphere. We truly enjoyed the spinach and butternut squash salad. Food was served quickly and waitress checked on us to see if we were fine. We definitely enjoyed.
